The Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the date it has been produced and does not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Production time is 4–6 weeks depending on the item.
Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping-later, and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.
- Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only).
- The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.
- Deliveries outside of the US and Canada may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees. Please note that Khas does not have control over these charges and cannot advise on exact costs, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We are not able to reimburse duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
