    We'll work with you throughout the whole process to create your stunning piece of unique jewellery. We'll also make it as easy as possible, providing all the advice and guidance you need. Whether you have an idea of a design or not, we’ll work with you to agree on one.

    We have many examples and styles to inspire you and help visualise your future piece. Only once you’re delighted and ready to proceed will we take your idea from design concept to production, and keep you up-to-date on the production process. It won’t be long before your beautiful, unique, handmade item is ready for collection or delivery.

    HOW IT WORKS

    • CONSULTATION

      A complimentary consultation with Anoop to share your vision & inspiration, and discuss design details, budget, and timelines.

      Whether its something that caught your eye in Khas Vol. 1 ,or something you’ve been dreaming up for a while, we will help you navigate the specifications. Once we decide on the budget and piece you’d like to move forward with, we will price it out and follow up with a quote for approval.

    • PRODUCTION

      Once we decide on your piece and approve the quote, to get started, a 50% deposit is required. We'll begin crafting your bespoke gold piece according to your approved specifications. You will receive regular communications from us that highlight the progress and status of your project.

    • SHIPPING & DELVERY

      We strive to provide you with ample information on the delivery of your item.

      Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. To ensure safe delivery of your order, a signature will be required on delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O boxes.

    • PAYMENT

      50% deposit is required to begin production of your jewellery. By providing your deposit you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. The remaining 50% is due before shipment is sent.

      Payments can be made by credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or by e-transfer. Final payment is owing before order is shipped.

    • LEAD TIME & RETURNS

      Production time 4-6 weeks on final design approval.

      Returns or refunds are not accepted for custom jewellery projects or customizations of Khas collection pieces.

      Khas Jewelry retains ownership of all design concepts, including sketches, renderings, and 3D models.
